Using this website

This is the website of Jake Anthony, trading as FORGE. By using it you agree to these terms. The site is here to tell you about what I do and to let you get in touch. Please use it sensibly and lawfully.

Quotes and prices

The prices shown here, including the build price and the monthly plans, are what I aim to charge and are there so you know where you stand. Anything I say in reply to an enquiry is an indication, not a binding contract. A job is only agreed once we have both confirmed the details and the price for your specific site. I will always be clear about what is included before you commit to anything.

How the work is delivered

FORGE is a remote studio. All work is carried out and delivered remotely, over the internet, by email and by WhatsApp. There is no on-site visit and you do not need to meet in person. You agree that the work may be carried out from any location, and that Jake Anthony may work from, and relocate to, any country, including outside the United Kingdom, for example Spain, without changing this agreement, the service you receive, or the price you pay. Wherever the work is done from, your website is delivered to you online and these terms continue to apply.

The content on this site

The words, design and images on this website belong to FORGE, unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read and share links to it, but please do not copy the content and pass it off as your own.

Links to other sites

Where this site links to somewhere else, such as WhatsApp or another service, I am not responsible for the content or the practices of those other sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave here.

No guarantees on outcomes

I build fast, well made websites and I work hard to help you get found and get enquiries. But search rankings and results depend on many things outside anyone's control, so I cannot promise a specific position on Google or a specific number of enquiries. Where I mention a result, it is a real thing that happened, not a promise that yours will match it.

Liability

I take care over this site and the work I do, but nothing here should be taken as a guarantee, and nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under law that cannot be removed.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and that stays the case even if Jake Anthony is living or working in another country at the time. Any dispute will be dealt with under the law of England and Wales.
